The 11:11 advantage

Why the desk
beats the block.

Any dealer can log into an auction. That is not the edge. Our desk is built to surface qualified cars before they reach the block—and to put disciplined market context behind the number. You get a first look when a car matches, a clean read and one accountable point of contact.

01 / ACCESS

Off-market first

The best opportunities often move through dealer relationships before a public run. We work that private lane so qualified cars can reach the right dealer without forcing every unit through an auction.

02 / JUDGMENT

Priced with data, not guesswork

Each opportunity is evaluated against available current market context, including comparable listings, days-to-market signals, regional demand and the vehicle-specific facts we can verify. Unknowns stay labeled unknown.

03 / OWNERSHIP

One point of accountability

One desk owns the description, the communication and the next step. If a fact changes, you hear it directly instead of chasing a lane, a rep and a third-party handoff.

Mercedes-AMG BMW Lamborghini Ferrari Bugatti Rolls-Royce Aston Martin McLaren Koenigsegg Porsche Bentley Maserati Maybach Rimac Audi

Marques indicate vehicle categories we may source. 11:11 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or franchised by these manufacturers.

The Desk

A private edge.
Built on discipline.

We move the cars the block never sees. Discreet. Accurate. Fast. The right car — before the crowd.

No personalities to sell. No invented track record. The desk is judged by the quality of the opportunity, the clarity of the file and the control of the handoff.

Dealer value

What the desk does for you

Read the dealer standard
01

Sourcing on demand

Give the desk a real buying brief. We focus the search on the spec, number, history and geography that can actually work for your store.

02

Aged-unit liquidation

Bring trades and inventory that no longer fit your calendar. We frame the unit honestly and route it through the appropriate dealer-only lane.

03

Market intelligence

Available comparable context, turn signals and vehicle-specific facts inform the number. Unknowns remain labeled unknown.

04

Discreet handling

Sources, dealer relationships and customer boundaries stay protected. Relevant opportunities move directly—not as a public blast.

Market intelligence

Know before you buy.

We do not just move metal—we read the opportunity. Before a commitment, the desk assesses available current market context to frame likely wholesale value, likely turn and the market where the car appears strongest. Data-informed judgment, with gaps stated plainly.

Comparable marketAvailable current listings and relevant sale context.
Turn contextDays-to-market signals, condition and price position.
Regional fitWhere the spec and buyer demand appear strongest.

This describes the desk’s operating approach—not a live feed, dashboard or automated pricing system.

The intelligence layer

Built under
the hood.

11:11 is developing a private dealer intelligence system that turns scattered vehicle evidence into a disciplined decision trail. Its reviewed core already operates in paper mode; broader connections and external actions stay closed until access rights and validation clear.

Evidence layer

Evidence-backed Daily Hunt

Qualified candidate cards retain source timestamps, content hashes and calculation receipts so each recommendation can be traced back to the evidence used.

Verified in paper mode
02
Decision layer

Deterministic deal math

Target offer, maximum bid and walk-away are calculated by versioned rules—not guessed by a language model. Cost assumptions and formula versions stay visible for review.

Verified in paper mode
03
Control layer

Operator cockpit + immutable ledger

Authenticated paper decisions are appended to a record built for review, replay and future calibration. Action controls remain disabled in the reviewed paper-mode core.

04
Delivery layer

Ambiguity-safe delivery

The internal delivery layer is being tested to record attempts, reconcile uncertain outcomes and prevent blind retries. It is not an external dealer-send channel today.

Under validation
05
Source layer

Inventory connector fabric

The architecture accepts official auction APIs, dealer feeds, supported exports, email, CSV and manual evidence through source-specific adapters. No auction or dealer source is represented as live-connected today.

Designed / connection-dependent
06
Global layer

Global market + import context

Market packs are designed to normalize currency, units, location, transport, duties and eligibility. A foreign listing does not become actionable until its sources and import assumptions are verified.

Designed / connection-dependent
07
Execution fence

Human-controlled execution

No automatic bid or payment. Any future transaction action must bind the exact vehicle, source, maximum amount and expiry to an authenticated operator approval; those actions are disabled today.

Hard fence

Technology status is intentionally explicit. “Verified in paper mode” means reviewed paper or simulation operation, not a live auction connection. Designed modules activate only after source rights, compliance checks and validation.

The 11:11 dealer standard

The details are
the deal.

On a highline car, one missing key, old tire, paintwork, title gap or vague pickup can erase the spread. 11:11 treats those details as part of the deal, not an after-sale conversation.

Known issues go up front. Unknowns stay labeled unknown. You get direct access to the desk making the call.

01 / Representation

Flaws before highlights.

VIN, exact spec, mileage, title status and known condition are stated plainly. Prior paint or damage, warning lights, mechanical needs, modifications and missing equipment are not buried.

02 / Highline detail

Details that protect the number.

When relevant and available, the file includes build data or window sticker, ownership and service history, warranty status, keys, books and tools, PPF or wrap, tire dates, brake wear, paint readings, diagnostic scan, cold-start and underbody media.

03 / Paper

Title with a path.

Title status, liens or payoff, odometer, ownership chain and any branded, Canadian, grey-market or import history are identified. Gaps get resolved or disclosed; they do not become guesses.

04 / Economics + terms

A real number or a clear pass.

The number, fees, included equipment, inspection or PPI window, payment timing, pickup responsibility and any deal-specific remedy are put in writing before commitment. If the car is not a fit, we say so instead of dragging out a maybe.

05 / Money + release

Verify before the car moves.

Dealer identity and payment instructions are confirmed through known contacts. Vehicle release follows verified funds and written pickup authorization, not an unverified text or last-minute wire change.

06 / Handoff

A controlled pickup.

Pickup window, transporter identity, release contact and condition at handoff are coordinated in writing. The parties choose the carrier and coverage; enclosed transport can be requested when the car calls for it.

07 / Relationships

Your relationships stay yours.

Dealer identities, sources and customer relationships are handled discreetly. 11:11 stays in the wholesale lane and does not use a dealer opportunity to chase that dealer's retail customer.

08 / Accountability

One desk owns the next step.

One accountable desk owns the description, communication and next step. If timing changes or a fact needs correction, you get the update, the facts and the path forward.

These are 11:11 operating standards, not a representation that every document or inspection item exists for every vehicle. Vehicle-specific facts, inspections, transport and remedies are governed by the written terms of each deal.

A first-deal invitation

Start with
one car.

No grand claims. Send one buying brief or one unit you need to move. Judge 11:11 on the description, communication, paperwork and handoff. We earn the next call through how we handle the first.

Private inventory signal

No public feed.
Better signal.

Fresh opportunities go to verified dealers directly. Buying briefs and profiles are handled inside the single Dealer Access request below, so what reaches you stays relevant.

How a deal moves

Fast does not mean loose.

Every opportunity still has to clear identity, representation, title, payment and release checks.

Operating target 48–72 hours

Our target is to surface a first qualified match within 48–72 hours after receiving a complete buying brief. Funding, title, inspection and transport timing remain deal-specific and move only on verified written terms.

01 / PROFILE

Tell us the lane

Share your dealer credentials, buying profile, target specs or units you need to move.

02 / MATCH

Get the right call

We route relevant opportunities directly instead of blasting every unit to every buyer.

03 / VERIFY

Clear the paper

Dealer status, vehicle details, title path and payment instructions are confirmed before release.

04 / MOVE

Close + transport

Buyer and seller approve the written terms, verify funds and coordinate pickup or contracted transport.
